Cheap web hosts from hosts3, only $1 per month and you got big space and huge bandwidth, speed aren’t really fast, i have a lil problem when i’m connect via ftp, loading website lil bit slow but still in average speed so far, maybe because it’s night in my country and noon in US, so traffic in US is high, i recommend this hosting for you who wants to learn / just started hosting, web, or blog, but not for serious website, overall i give 2.5 from 5 points.

Not really bad. Standard speed that not really fast not really slow, the server stability is also not at maximum, cpu usage too low that not compatible for forum or streaming site. Site loading is also standard.
